RVSP Required: REGISTRATION CLOSED
Join us for a relaxing evening seminar to talk about our not-so-relaxing lives and stressful thinking that often keeps us up at night.
We’ll discuss the basic psychology of anxiety, explore how stress affects our bodies, consider the plethora of anti-anxiety medications on the market, and take a mindful moment to think about helpful changes we can make in how we respond to anxiety.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Is this group therapy?
No – this is a seminar, much more like a class. Holly may ask questions of the group, or ask people to practice exercises individually, but participation is optional. We only ask that you come prepared to listen and receive the information.
Can I bring my child(ren)?
Young adults (15+ y/o) are welcome to join (please complete the registration process). As we want to create as much of a distraction-free environment as possible, we appreciate you finding other care and accommodations for your younger children.
Can I invite my friend who is not a member?
Absolutely. The class is free for all members, and $85 for non-members. They may submit payment in person at our office prior to the event or online during the registration process. (should members get priority??)
I can’t make this seminar, will there be more?
Yes! We’ll have more in the future. If you have any ideas on what kinds of seminars will be valuable to you (or a time that might work better), drop us a note via our contact form. We’d love to hear from you.
