
Alexandria Carpenter, LMHCA, is a licensed mental health counselor associate (MHCA.MC.70018308), holding undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a master’s degree from Grand Canyon University. She is currently supervised by Holly Porter, LMHC (LH 60604133).
Alexandria is an EMDR-trained therapist working primarily with adults, couples, and adolescents. Her therapeutic approach is guided by insight-oriented and psychodynamic theories and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and grief-oriented work. Alexandria tailors treatment to meet the specific needs, presenting concerns, age, and circumstances of the client.
