
Alexandria Carpenter, LMHCA is a psychotherapist holding an associate license in mental health counseling (MHCA.MC.70018308). She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and completed her master’s degree in counseling at Grand Canyon University. She is currently supervised by Holly Porter, LMHC (LH 60604133).
Alexandria’s clinical work is grounded in insight-oriented and psychodynamic frameworks, thoughtfully integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strength-Based Therapy (SBT). She primarily works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety and depression, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She also works with couples on relational restoration and provides grief-oriented counseling.
