And, it’s also our last week locking in our old pricing for new members. Have you heard about our membership rate changes? If not, here’s the info.

Here’s our schedule for this week and next…

• Open as normal Monday, May 24th, through Thursday, May 27th (8am – 5pm) at our current location – the corner of 40th Ave and Nob Hill Blvd.
• PLEASE – if you have medications to be filled, request those to be filled asap and schedule to pick them up by Thursday, May 27th or sooner.
• Friday, May 28th – we are open from 8am through 11am and are CLOSED FROM 11am – 5pm to pack up and get ready for the move!
• We still have a provider available on-call through the weekend in case an urgent need arises that we can take care of over the phone.
• WE WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY, MAY 31st in observance of Memorial Day.
• WE WILL OPEN AGAIN TUESDAY, JUNE 1st AT 1PM.

How old can my children be in the new family plan? How many kids are included in the family plan?

The new family plans (both the “family” and the “single parent family” plans) will still include up to 5 children. However, unlike our current family plans, they will include children through the age of 26.

Our current family plans include children through age 18, and young adults ages 19-26 may be added to a family plan for an additional $25 per young adult.

Why are we increasing our rates?

We have yet to raise our rates after 8 years. While this in itself is not a valid reason for raising rates – we have seen costs of various supplies increase, inflation has occurred (a little above 10% since 2014), and we are expecting new costs associated with our newly remodeled space (have you heard that we’re moving?).

What about current members: will my monthly rate increase?

No – not at this time. All current members and those that join us prior to June 1st, 2021 will enjoy our current rates ($95 for individuals / $180 for couples / $200 for families, etc.).

What if I have a family member that wants to join – will they pay the current rate or the new rate?

All members that join after June 1st, 2021 will pay the new rate, regardless of whether they join as an individual or part of a current family. However, anybody who joins (including family members) before June 1st, 2021 will lock into our current rates.

What if I cancel now, can I still pay my old rate when I rejoin?

You may cancel at anytime after your initial 6-month commitment. However, any new memberships started after June 1st, 2021 will pay the new membership rates. New membership are still subject to the initial 6-month commitment as well.

Members may rejoin at the current rates if membership is started prior to June 1st, 2021.

And the parking lot will be so much easier to exit.

Here’s how the move is going to go…

First – We’re asking all members to please schedule follow up appointments, medication pickups and all PLANNED medical needs as early as possible. Anytime between now and Wednesday, May 26th would be great.

Second – We’re going to close our clinic at 11am on Friday, May 28th so we can pack up our current location.

Third – We are closed Memorial Day – May 31st, 2021. Please plan accordingly! Yes, we will still be on call in case something happens over the weekend. But please be safe!

Finally – We will open back up again for urgent care appointments on Tuesday, June 1st at 1pm.
